Our member and volunteer Business Advisory Council works to retrain incumbent workers from large and small employers to meet the business needs from a wide variety of industries, the majority of which are Employment Training Panel priorities and meet the Panel’s out-of-state competition criteria.
Maximum Balance Foundation SPC provides oversight and guidance in program development and operations.
They also assist us with Job Readiness Training by way of Department of Apprenticeship Standards Agreements (Under File #29710).

Our Parent Company, Maximum Balance Foundation SPC provides training opportunities for military veterans in the emerging “IT” sector.
This group of secondary schools, community colleges, labor agencies, and (remove the word-and) employers and industry representatives, is a consortium of companies, nonprofit associations, and(remove) professional societies, STEAMM-related research & policy organizations, government entities, universities and academic institutions concerned with STEAMM education (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, ARTS, MUSIC, and MATH) and the future of human capital in the United States.
Together, we are committed to building career pathways leading to jobs in high-demand industries that offer “stackable” credentials (i.e., a sequence of credentials that can be accumulated over time). Members serve a minimum of 100 hours as guest speakers, work with participants on interview skills, provide Internships and hire participants to help achieve our mission.

Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake Trinity, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo County, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Yolo. Focused counties noted above does not necessarily exclude counties outside of our initial pilot program initiatives.
We Support/Create initiatives to enable school and educational systems to implement innovative teaching practices in science, technology, engineering, arts, music, and mathematics (STEAMM).
We prepare students for bay area jobs requiring knowledge of advanced 5G wireless network systems and are responsible for evangelizing Cisco Meraki through our world-class CMNA technical certification course and customized technical engagement program at the school called CityLab.
