The HUD-VASH Program combines the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) rental assistance for homeless veterans and their families with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at its medical centers and in the community.

The Employment Training Panel (ETP) provides funding to employers to assist in upgrading the skills of their workers through training that leads to good paying, long-term jobs.


Our Consulting team designs, prototypes and delivers event strategies to drive revenue for shareholders. CityLab does this through a full range of services across data, digital and content development to better understand the audience, and create more relevant ways to engage with them.

This helps our partners develop new ways to grow revenue, connect with social communities of fans and followers, and create more valuable partnership network opportunities.

Sales Coaching

Our Sales team represents Maker and Technology brands through an audience, content and data-led approach, within and beyond the Maximum Balance Foundation network, for, example a recent appearance at Maker Faire #12.

This allows all companies to better navigate any brand’s decision-making process, and create more enduring partnerships.


Our Investment team at Morgan Stanley deploys capital in partnership with investors including Directed Donor funds and Community Endowment Support.

We are actively engaged in evaluating opportunities to co-invest with our rightsholder partners in content and distribution initiatives.
